The houses are pre-fabricated utilizing the latest technology from China and designed by the renowned architect. This proves to be an economic advantage to our clients. It also proves to be more efficient in terms of energy use and lowers energy waste. Mega Pond Housing can also produce and erect the housing in record turn around time.
All the material used has passed safety standards in China. These include standards such as fire resistant and environmental rating. Since no building code is universal around the world we are able to custom design to any need and building code specification.
In addition, Mega Pond Housing is poised to undertake additional housing projects in the Fiji Islands, Australia and Venezuela. The most basic housing plans include:
